October 07, 2008 Board Meeting Agenda Item #48 Title ACCEPTANCE OF SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION FOR THE VENICE HIGH SCHOOL: BUSINESS TECHNOLOGY BUILDING 31 - C.T.E. LABORATORY IN ROOMS 001 & 002 PROJECT Description The architect has prepared the Certificate of Substantial Completion and the final punch list.  The project is substantially complete in accordance with the contract documents.  A copy of the final punch list is available for review at the Construction Services Department. Recommendation That the work performed by McIntyre Elwell & Strammer General Contractors, Inc. for the Venice High School - Business Technology Building 31 C.T.E.
